Comet Chemical Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Comet Chemical Affiliate Program.
By applying for or participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or participate in the Program.
These Terms govern the relationship between Comet Chemical LLC ("Comet Chemical", "we", "our", or "us") and each approved affiliate ("Affiliate", "you", or "your").
1. Affiliate Application
All affiliate applications are reviewed manually.
Comet Chemical reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed, and applicants will have no legal claim regarding any rejected application.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Each approved affiliate will receive a unique referral link and may also receive a personalized coupon code.
Commissions are earned when customers complete eligible purchases using your referral link or coupon code.
Only one commission may be earned per qualifying order. If both a referral link and coupon code are used on the same order, only a single commission will be credited.
Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commission Structure
Level 1
Annual Gross Sales
$0 – $10,000 USD
15% Commission
Level 2
Annual Gross Sales
Over $10,000 USD
20% Commission
Annual Performance Bonus
Affiliates whose annual gross referred sales exceed $50,000 USD will receive an additional 5% performance bonus on the amount exceeding $50,000.
4. Commission Calculation
Commissions are calculated based on the gross product selling price only.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other additional fees are excluded from commission calculations.
Customer discounts or promotional coupons do not reduce affiliate commissions.
5. Customer Discount
Customers who purchase through an approved affiliate referral link or coupon code receive a 10% discount on eligible orders
6. Return & Refund Policy
Orders become eligible for commission after the 15-day return period has expired.
Returned, refunded, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback orders are not eligible for commission.
If a commission has already been approved for an order that is later refunded or cancelled, Comet Chemical reserves the right to reverse or deduct that commission from future payments.
7. Payment Schedule
Approved affiliate commissions are paid twice per month:
- 1st of each month
- 16th of each month
Payments are issued only for approved commissions that have successfully passed the return period.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
8. Promotional Guidelines
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
Affiliates may promote Comet Chemical through:
- Personal websites
- Blogs
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Email newsletters
- Other approved marketing channels
9. Marketing Materials
Approved affiliates may access promotional materials through their Affiliate Dashboard, including:
- Product images
- Company logos
- Promotional banners
- Marketing resources
These materials may only be used to promote Comet Chemical products.
10. Program Termination
Comet Chemical reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if any fraudulent, unethical, or abusive activity is detected.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or invalid referrals may be forfeited.
11. Changes to Program
Comet Chemical reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, commission rates, payment schedules, bonuses, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
12. Cookies and Referral Tracking
Comet Chemical uses cookies and referral tracking technology to attribute eligible purchases to affiliates.
The tracking period begins when a customer clicks an affiliate referral link or uses an approved affiliate coupon code.
During the active cookie period, any eligible purchase made by that customer on our website will be attributed to the referring affiliate, even if the customer returns to the website directly without clicking the referral link again.
If a customer disables cookies, clears their browser cookies, uses a different browser or device, or otherwise prevents referral tracking, Comet Chemical may be unable to attribute the purchase to the affiliate. In such cases, commissions cannot be guaranteed.
The cookie duration applicable to the Affiliate Program is displayed on the Affiliate Registration page and may be updated by Comet Chemical from time to time.
13. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: info@cometchemical.us.
